Mrs. Rhonda Packer began her ministry with WSCS in 2019. Rhonda is one of the school’s secretaries. She plays an integral part in maintaining the day to day routine and schedule of the day. She graduated from Lock Haven Area High School and attends New Hope Fellowship Church.
