Sherry Francis

Academic Support Teacher

Mrs. Sherry Francis began her ministry with WSCS in 2021. Sherry started her Walnut Street career as the 4th grade teacher, but now has transitioned into the Academic Support teacher. She is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. in Elementary Education,  and has a M. Ed. in Reading from Liberty University. She attends Hope Community Church in Loyalsock. 

"I like to help students transition from learning to read to reading to learn. I also like to help them learn to be more organized. Of course, there's always a goal of mastering basic skills that they will continue to use as they learn new ones."
