Before You Volunteer
Welcome to Walnut Street Christian School. Here you'll find a place to connect with real people and real families. There are various avenues of service that can utilize your natural abilities and Spiritual gifts. But before you begin, all of our volunteers are required by PA state laws to have background clearances. This may seem like a hassle but the safety our students, their families, and our staff are of the utmost importance. Please be sure to email Tom Spearing for a step by step process to obtain your proper clearances.
Get Involved
After obtaining all the necessary clearances, you can check the following areas to see if there are any opportunities to serve:
- Monthly Newsletter
- Classroom Events
- Annual Events (i.e. Auction, Grandparents Day)
- Fundraisers (i.e. Hoagie Sales, Bulk Mailings)
- Cafeteria/Lunch Help
